Key Responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate will support end-users in their daily work, acting as an advanced system user within the inbound/outbound department.

  • Act as an advanced system user for System clean-up and system routines, provide feedback to System Specialists, and perform basic troubleshooting.
  • Maximize operational excellence by ensuring best practice guidelines are followed, all flow systems are working, and IT system related procedures are implemented.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and suggest need for inbound/outbound operations.
  • Train end-users and team leaders on new functionalities of the system or any improvements.
  • Understand inbound/outbound operations processes and cost drivers.
  • Have a solid knowledge of the DC systems landscape and system updates, technology development needs, priorities, and projects/roll-outs in inbound/outbound.
  • Develop strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Collaborate and co-create with others, demonstrating an agile mindset with a positive attitude towards change and growth.
  • Maintain inclusivity and empathy towards others while encouraging diversity.
  • Recognize one's impact on others and contribute to the bigger picture.
  • Achieve a minimum 'High' rating in current Feedback, Dialogue, or PDR evaluation.
