About the Role

As a strategic systems manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and day-to-day administration of core business systems. This includes managing product requirements, liaising with technical teams to resolve system issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of POS and ERP solutions from both functional and technical perspectives.
  • Manage day-to-day product requirements and collaborate with users to identify and prioritize enhancements.
  • Liaise with technical teams to troubleshoot system issues and optimize system efficiency.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and ensure seamless system integration.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Retail Business Applications.
  • Prior experience with Magento/Shopify E-Commerce platform is highly desirable.
  • Strong ERP knowledge of retail applications is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are necessary for data analysis and reporting.
  • Able to work collaboratively across functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in system implementation, configuration, and support.
  • Experience with process improvement initiatives and change management.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management principles.
