Job Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on talent acquisition professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent.

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment practices including advertising, screening, interviewing, compliance and onboarding.
  • Build strategic recruitment strategies and plans with a focus on proactive sourcing methods.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to provide subject matter expertise on contemporary recruitment and selection practices.
  • Work collaboratively in a fun and supportive team environment.

About You

  • Experience in internal recruitment or agency recruitment, preferably with exposure to permanent placements. Comfortable managing high-volume recruitment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, confident engaging with hiring managers and external vendors.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in onboarding and calendar coordination.
  • Experience in proactive and creative sourcing approaches, with the ability to find top talent beyond job boards.
  • Experience using a human resources information system (HRIS) is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment compliance, process, procedure and employment legislation.
