Collections Supervisor

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding full-time position for a seasoned Collections Supervisor to oversee a high-performing collections team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing effective collection strategies, monitoring delinquent accounts, and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding loans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and motivate a team of experienced collectors to meet or exceed targets
  • Design and implement collection strategies to optimize loan recovery rates
  • Monitor and analyze delinquent accounts to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Prepare regular reports on collection activities and outcomes to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supervising collections teams, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using collections software and technology
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
