Our mission is to provide a supportive environment where our clients can prepare, prevent, and perform at their best through evidence-based therapies and world-class facilitiesP3 RECOVERY CENTRE MANAGERPurpose of Role:The Centre Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a P3 Recovery Centre, ensuring smooth functionality, meeting revenue targets, and delivering an exceptional experience to customers.
This role involves managing staff, maintaining inventory, handling finances, and fostering positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.Main Duties and Responsibilities:Manage daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and customer service.
?Maintain optimal inventory levels through timely stock orders and supplier relationships.Handle banking transactions and reconcile financial records accurately.Develop and manage staff rosters efficiently to ensure adequate coverage.Customer Interaction:Respond promptly to customer inquiries and maintain positive relationships.Address customer concerns and ensure a high level of satisfaction.Oversee membership sales and billing processes, working closely with the finance team.Facility Maintenance:Coordinate maintenance tasks and repairs, ensuring the facility's smooth functioning.Uphold cleanliness standards and implement hygiene protocols in compliance with regulations.Sales and Marketing:Contribute to achieving membership sales targets through effective sales strategies.Implement marketing initiatives to promote the centre and attract new customers.Leadership and Team Management:Lead recruitment efforts and provide comprehensive training programs for staff.Set and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track centre performance.Identify and address potential workplace risks, ensuring a safe environment for staff and customers.Adhere to workplace policies and procedures, notifying relevant parties of any deviations.What are we looking for?
Experience:Previous experience in managing day-to-day business operations, preferably in the health and wellness industry.Strong customer service background with experience in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional customer service skills across various communication channels.Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.Commercial acumen and ability to apply knowledge practically.Team-oriented mindset with excellent time management abilities.Personal Attributes:Positive leadership qualities and professionalism.Adaptability and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.Collaboration and teamwork orientation.Capacity to work under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively.CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATORPosition Type: Casual/Part-timePosition Overview:We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator.
The Customer Service Coordinator will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients while ensuring a clean and safe environment for their use.Key Responsibilities:Provide outstanding customer service to all P3 Recovery clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback.Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the facility, including pool decks andrecovery equipment.Sell memberships and products to clients, offering guidance and support as needed.Assist clients in utilising recovery equipment, ensuring proper usage and safety protocols.Maintain accurate customer records and complete transactions using our systems.Adhere to company policies and procedures related to customer service, safety, and security.Qualifications and Skills:First-Aid and CPR Certificate.High School diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in customer service and sales roles, preferably in a health or fitness-related environment.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to adapt to changing tasks and manage a busy environment effectively.Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.A positive attitude, passion for helping others, and a fun-loving personality.How to Apply:If you are enthusiastic about helping others achieve their wellness goals and thrive in a dynamic,team-oriented environment, we want to hear from you
