Our organization is seeking experienced mental health professionals to provide short-term solution-focused therapy and support clients on their wellbeing journey.

This role involves working closely with clients to address current concerns, identify goals and promote their mental health and wellbeing.

The ideal candidate will possess strong counselling and coaching skills, as well as experience in workplace support and trauma-based work or workplace wellbeing.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in Psychology or Mental Health Social Work
  • Current AHPRA registration or AASW membership

  • A values-led approach to supporting a client's wellbeing journey
