Job Title: Home Rehabilitation Therapist

In our dynamic environment, we are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to deliver short-term rehabilitation services in patients' homes. This role involves supporting recovery and helping individuals achieve optimal outcomes following elective orthopaedic surgery.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality rehabilitation services in a home setting
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate records of patient progress and outcomes
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:
  • Registered Physiotherapist with current professional registration
  • Postgraduate qualifications in musculoskeletal physiotherapy or related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in acute or outpatient settings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
