Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Technical Training Specialist.

  • Manage technical training, inductions, and onboarding for construction employees.
  • Collaborate with construction managers, human resources, and talent acquisition to ensure new starters within construction are onboarded and set up for success.
  • Partner closely with stakeholders to plan relevant, timely, and effective induction training programs.
  • Conduct thorough analysis to identify critical skill gaps with our construction and operations teams.
  • Deliver structured, engaging training using a blended approach of virtual, online, and in-person sessions.
  • Mentor and coach early career talent to ensure effective career plans are being mapped for their future development.
  • Identify opportunities to improve our technical training programs and construction team onboarding experiences.
Required Skills and Qualifications

As a Technical Training Specialist, you will need to have:

  • Proven experience in designing and delivering technical training programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and methodologies.
