Hospitality Training Role

We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Trainer to deliver high-quality training and assessment in the hospitality industry.

This role involves:

  • Conducting on-site assessments to provide face-to-face training and support
  • Delivering training to students in various delivery methods, such as online, classroom or on-site with a trainee
  • Managing a caseload of trainees and funded students, tailoring training to suit learner needs to achieve progression and completion targets
  • Ensuring all compliance obligations are met and delivery and assessment standards remain high
  • Mentoring students from different backgrounds throughout their vocational journey

To be successful in this role, you will require a current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent) and excellent communication and organisational skills.
