We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Workplace Trainer to collaborate with our care team at Anglicare Sydney's Residential Care Home in Jannali.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive and engaging inductions for new employees, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional care.
  • Develop and implement mandatory competency management programs, keeping staff up-to-date with industry standards and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of all training activities, including assessment validation and RTO reporting.
  • Promote a safe and supportive workplace culture through active participation in safety activities and WHS compliance.
About You
  • Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment is essential for this role, along with a Certificate III in Aged Care Work (or equivalent) and proven experience in aged care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively engage with staff and residents.
