Flow Cytometry Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Flow Cytometry Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for performing cell assays using various flow cytometry techniques and instruments in accordance with standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Perform high-quality cell assays using advanced flow cytometry techniques and instruments;
  • Establish and maintain accurate cell cultures;
  • Manage reagent inventories and orders in an efficient manner;
  • Participate in writing and/or reviewing SOPs and worksheets;
  • Contribute to the technical management of the laboratory;
  • Perform work in accordance with internal quality standards and apply relevant Quality System procedures;
  • Participate in relevant internal training activities.
Requirements
  • A minimum of two years' experience in flow cytometry is required;
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills;
  • Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in terms of scheduling;
  • Actively participate in the generation, implementation, and continuous improvement of laboratory processes;
  • Willing to work in a High-Quality Environment (ISO17025, GCLP, GMP) and apply good documentation procedures (GDP).
Working Conditions
  • Availability to work in Mon-Fri and Tue-Sat shifts;
  • Actual job location is in Baulkham Hills NSW2153.
