Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team in Australia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales coordination and excellent communication skills.

About the Role
  • This role is responsible for supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, trade partner management, and event support.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with the sales team, account managers, and other stakeholders to achieve strategic and tactical goals.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage key business documents and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate POS, administrative tasks, samples, stock, and order status with key accounts and stores.
  • Create, track, and review trade partner spend within the rebate tracker and discuss concerns/anomalies with the Head of Sales & Finance.
  • Support all account channels by acting as a conduit between customer service, ops, category, marketing, and demand planning teams.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues including faulty stock returns, order delivery issues, samples processing, and returns.
  • Support the sales team with event preparation and support for Joint Business Planning and New Product Launches.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years experience in a similar role.
  • University degree in business or related field desirable.
  • Microsoft Office Suite – Intermediate skill level.
  • Creative flair in creating PowerPoint presentations and Excel sheets.
  • Polished communication both written and verbally.
  • Proven relationship and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills & attention to detail.
  • High level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Demonstrates high motivation and initiative.
