Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to support our sales and marketing teams in Australia and New Zealand. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in sales administration, and knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the execution of promotions, including creating promotional planners and processing reseller claims.
  • Monitor sales and stock reporting, working closely with sales and inventory management stakeholders and retail partners.
  • Support new product launches into the channel, including creating price lists and new line forms for resellers.
  • Create and maintain sales reporting dashboards in Excel or PowerBI/Tableau.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of sales administration experience in consumer goods management.
  • Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, charts, and formulas.
  • A strategic mindset, problem-solving skills, and assertive decision-making abilities.
