We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Performance Coordinator to join our team at Remote Staff. This part-time role is perfect for senior-level candidates who want to leverage their sales expertise to drive business growth.

About the Role

The Sales Performance Coordinator will be responsible for handling cold calling, booking appointments, and following up with potential clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to think critically and address challenges proactively.

  • Handle cold calling and book appointments from ad leads as the first point of contact.
  • Maintain excellent English communication skills to interact professionally with clients.
  • Follow specific sales training curriculum and guidelines meticulously.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Excellent communication skills both Verbal and Written.
  • Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in both formal and informal settings.
  • Proficiency in writing emails and reports with clarity and professionalism.

You should also have experience and confidence in making outbound calls to potential clients, handling objections, and maintaining a positive, persuasive attitude.
