**About the Role:**

  • Coordinate administrative tasks related to sales processes, ensuring seamless execution of marketing campaigns and database management.
  • Provide exceptional support to 2-3 top-performing agents, prioritizing their needs and meeting deadlines.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns, adhering to compliance requirements.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including clients and vendors.
  • Welcome clients, handle general reception duties, and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Organize photoshoots and assist with other related tasks to enhance client experiences.

**Requirements:**

  • Prior experience in the Real Estate industry is essential, with a valid Certificate of Registration in Real Estate.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy are crucial for success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with professional phone etiquette.
  • A current driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary for travel between offices.
