Job Description

  • Develop and implement digital campaigns to support organisational goals.
  • Manage content creation and ensure consistency across digital platforms.
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging with broader initiatives.
  • Ensure digital communications meet accessibility and compliance standards.
  • Maintain and update website content to reflect current priorities.
  • Engage with stakeholders to promote campaigns and gather feedback.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance digital engagement strategies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Digital Engagement & Campaigns Adviser should have:

  • Demonstrated experience in planning and executing digital campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of digital tools and platforms, including content management systems.
  • Proficiency in analysing data to inform campaign decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of accessibility and compliance requirements for digital content.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
