About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telco Sales Coordinator to join our team at JB Hi-Fi Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving sales and profitability targets, providing ongoing training and coaching to the store's Communication Team, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales and profitability targets through effective training, coaching, and support of the Communication Team
  • Lead and maintain agreed communications department merchandising standards
  • Ensure all Communications Department activities meet compliance and legislative standards, with an emphasis on Safety

About You

  • Proven retail experience and a broad knowledge of Telco
  • Proven customer service experience and background in cash handling, including the use of EFTPOS facilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a consolidated sales team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
