Major Assembly Records Analyst Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Major Assembly Records Analyst. This key role is part of the Configuration Control, Receipts Inspection, and Fleet Development teams, ensuring accurate recording of major assembly details in the Maintenance Information System (TRAX) in accordance with CASA regulations.

  • Ensure regulatory compliance is maintained by accurately recording major assembly details in TRAX.
  • Review major assembly records to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Drive business improvement initiatives across the department to enhance compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with MRO facilities to guarantee quality of documents post repair.
  • Identify innovative methodologies and technology enablers to improve safety and compliance.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in the TRAX Maintenance Information system.
  • Knowledge of Aircraft Configuration.
  • Understanding of Aircraft Technical Records.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Process-driven approach with experience in constructing new processes to deliver business goals.
