We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team in a Configuration Management Specialist role. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing infrastructure processes and enhancing system performance, ensuring seamless operations and impactful results.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BMC Helix technologies, with experience in development and integration of ITSM, Digital Workplace, Smart IT. Proficiency in Remedy Workflow customizations using Developer Studio is also required.
The Configuration Management Specialist will contribute to designing, developing, and maintaining integrations from sources of record/tools to BMC CMDB. They will also design and develop Remedy workflow and code, as well as integrate CMDB with multiple systems using Atrium Spoon and Atrium Integrator.
In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, business analysis skills, and self-initiated, quick learning abilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications- ITIL V4 and its application in service management
- Proficient in using BMCHelix CMDB for configuration management
- Excellent skills in risk, vendor, and incident management
- Proven track record in managing change lifecycle processes effectively
