Job Title: Aircraft Performance Specialist
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and skilled Aircraft Performance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and performance of aircraft in various flight conditions.
Main Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough pre-flight inspections to identify potential issues with aircraft systems and aerodynamics.
- Execute test flights to evaluate aircraft performance and handling, providing detailed analysis and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to identify and address technical concerns, working together to optimize aircraft design and functionality.
- Proven experience as a test pilot or equivalent, with a strong understanding of aircraft systems and aerodynamics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
