Flight Operations Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Flight Operations Specialist to join our Aircraft Airworthiness Review Team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the safety and compliance of our fleet's Airworthiness Review Certificates.

As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include conducting Airworthiness Review certification activities, preparing and approving Aircraft Airworthiness Review Certificates, and providing technical support and advice to other departments as required.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in continuing airworthiness or related functions, excellent attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills. They will also be able to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 12 months' experience in the Airworthiness Review process
  • At least 5 years' experience in continuing airworthiness or related functions such as Maintenance Planning, Aircraft Configuration Control, Technical Records, End-of-Lease processes, or similar
  • Meets the Airworthiness Review Employee (ARE) requirements as per the CASA Part 42 Manual of Standards (MOS)
  • A current or previous CASA B1, B2, or C category licence on company aircraft (desirable)
