Job Title: Process Manager

Job Description:

A successful Process Manager is required to transform vulnerability data into actionable insights and drive teams forward with alignment, transparency, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight and operation of the full vulnerability management process from intake through remediation, tracking, deferrals, and closure.
  • Effective utilization of ServiceNow Vulnerability Response for workflow management, SLA tracking, and reporting.
  • Development and maintenance of dashboards and reports providing clear visibility into progress, backlog, and risk posture.
  • Data-driven decision making to identify trends, prioritize remediation, and escalate critical issues.
  • Leadership and facilitation of governance sessions ensuring stakeholders are aligned on progress and priorities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience with ServiceNow, particularly the Vulnerability Response module.
  • Solid understanding of vulnerability management platforms such as Qualys, CrowdStrike, or similar.
  • Proficiency in building and maintaining dashboards and reports (Power BI, Excel, or within ServiceNow).
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate structured vulnerability management, IT risk, or remediation processes.
