  • Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Development Insights Analyst. As a key member of our Enterprise Analytics team, you will be responsible for analyzing data and creating insights to help drive business development effectiveness.

  • Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct analysis with a focus on articulating the impact of Business Development Representative (BDR) performance to create and progress opportunities across both lead-based and account-based prospecting motions* Combine qualitative and quantitative insights to make recommendations to senior sales leaders on optimization opportunities* Drive weekly inspection cadences focused on the marketing to BDR effectiveness motion for both sales leaders and individual sellers* Support the leadership team in synthesizing the impact of the BDRs to support sales interlocks and quarterly business reviews* Serve as the primary interlock to regional Sales Operations team to align targets, outcome measures, and performance during quarterly and annual planning cycles* Enable the BDR organisation on new dashboard capabilities and reporting enhancements

  • Requirements:

* Demonstrated experience supporting Business Development teams to drive strategic insights and performance improvement* Experience with SQL and Advanced Excel knowledge* Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills including talent for analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations* Highly entrepreneurial and able to operate independently with minimal direction* 3+ years of experience in B2B subscription revenue environment, with hands-on analytical experience in sales performance analysis
