Event Service Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event Service Team Leader to lead our team.

This role supports all food and beverage venues across the hotel, with a current focus on leading the small team during high-demand events.

As the Event Service Team Leader, you will ensure each event runs smoothly and meets high standards. Your responsibilities include managing event setup and pack-down, briefing the team, providing clear direction, supporting team members, and ensuring each guest's experience exceeds expectations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage event setup and pack-down, briefing the team, and providing clear direction.

  • Maintain high standards of customer service and quality assurance.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of proven experience in motivating and leading a team in a busy events or F&B environment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Confidence in multi-tasking and delivering under pressure, maintaining composure during last-minute changes.
  • Knowledge of wines, beers, and spirits.
  • Ability to work well in a team and support team success.
