Job Responsibilities:

- Assist the Owner in styling, packing and executing glamping events, ensuring all logístical aspects are meticulously handled.
- Set up and pack down of glamping & picnic bookings, ensuring they meet the highest standards of comfort and aesthetics.
- Interact with guests, providing exceptional customer service and attending to their needs to ensure a seamless and delightful experience.
- Manage event operations, assist with guest inquiries, and resolve any on-site issues that may arise during set ups.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure all event components, from catering to entertainment, align with the event's theme and requirements.
- Assist in creating and styling each glamping package custom designed for each guest.
- Help with event marketing and promotional efforts, both online and offline, to attract a diverse range of clientele.
- Participate in post-event debriefs to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement.
- Could also involve driving the company work van to and from set ups/pack downs so a full automatic Australian drivers license will be required, you will also need your own transport to get to varying locations throughout the Perth metro and occasional regional destinations.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members, clients, and vendors.
- Enthusiasm for the outdoors and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
- Physically fit as there is a large amount of lifting and bending involved.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexible schedule, as events will require work most weekends and the occasional evening.

Please note that we are looking for reliable weekend team members, if you cannot commit to working weekends morning, afternoon and the occasional evening please do not apply. We are a small team and do not have the flexibility to enable selection of shifts.
