About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to join our team. As a senior member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of our managed and professional services, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of operations professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of our services.
  • Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of our managed and professional services, ensuring high-quality service levels and customer satisfaction.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other departments, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in IT, operations, project management, or service delivery roles.
  • ITIL Certification: ITIL 4 Certified (Foundation or higher).
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge and experience with ITSM tooling and processes, specifically ServiceNow.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and driving business growth.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
