We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who can provide high-quality maintenance services across multiple sites.

The successful candidate will work independently, utilizing their expertise in carpentry, joinery, shopfitting, plastering, painting, and tiling to deliver excellent results. They will be responsible for managing their workload via a planned preventative and reactive maintenance program, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

This role involves working with a variety of stakeholders, including partners, colleagues, and management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to develop strong relationships, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing repairs and maintenance services to our partners
  • Working across multiple disciplines to deliver high-quality results
  • Managing workload and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders
  • Maintaining a safe working environment by adhering to OHS guidelines and regulations

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of experience working under limited supervision, possessing strong building fabrication knowledge, and holding a current driver's license. They will also be required to obtain a Working with Children Check.
