Job Description

The role of Maintenance Specialist involves providing a range of maintenance services across multiple sites, operating independently and proactively resolving issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver repair and maintenance services to clients.
  • Cover various disciplines, including carpentry, joinery, shopfitting, plastering, painting, and tiling.
  • Work autonomously to identify and resolve problems without supervision.
  • Maintain effective communication and build strong partnerships.
  • E nsure compliance with occupational health and safety guidelines and maintain safe working environments.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a similar maintenance role.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Previous construction or metal trades experience.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Strong building fabrication knowledge.
  • Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
  • Trade qualification advantageous.
