The role of Maintenance Specialist involves providing a range of maintenance services across multiple sites, operating independently and proactively resolving issues.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver repair and maintenance services to clients.
- Cover various disciplines, including carpentry, joinery, shopfitting, plastering, painting, and tiling.
- Work autonomously to identify and resolve problems without supervision.
- Maintain effective communication and build strong partnerships.
- E nsure compliance with occupational health and safety guidelines and maintain safe working environments.
- Proven experience in a similar maintenance role.
- Valid driver's license.
- Previous construction or metal trades experience.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Strong building fabrication knowledge.
- Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
- Trade qualification advantageous.
- Fully maintained vehicle with fuel card and all tools supplied.
