About the Role:
The Regional Cost Planning Manager is responsible for supervising and coordinating cost planning staff and operations.
This includes driving implementation and guiding delivery of cost planning procedures and processes to ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
The role ensures timely and strategic cost advice throughout the project lifecycle from feasibility through to final delivery.
Key responsibilities include managing forecasts, financial models, and budgets.
A strong focus on stakeholder management and communication is also essential.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, analytical skills, and experience in cost planning and estimating within a construction or development environment.
Additionally, the successful candidate will have expertise in process improvement, cost control, and cost estimation techniques.
The ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate complex information effectively is crucial for this role.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing cost planning strategies and procedures
- Providing cost advice to project teams
- Maintaining accurate financial records and reports
