Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support our property management team as a Property Management Assistant. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the property manager with leasing, maintenance, inspections, and daily property management tasks
  • Provide exceptional administrative support, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Driver's license
  • Exceptional admin skills
  • Social media proficiency
  • Strong communication skills
  • Property management experience and Real Estate Certificate preferred but attitude and work ethic are more important training will be provided to the right person
