Role Description

This is a Casual Property Manager role, primarily based in Mackay, QLD, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Property Manager will be responsible for properties, conducting property inspections, liaising with tenants handling maintenance requests, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. Additional tasks include preparing lease agreements, conducting property appraisals, and ensuring properties comply with relevant regulations.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Experience in property management and real estate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
  • Proficiency with property management.
  • Knowledge of local and state property laws and regulations
  • Valid real estate license and reliable transportation
