You will play a vital role as a Clinical Psychologist in promoting mental health and wellbeing within our community. By embracing our values and mission, you will contribute significantly to the lives of those we serve.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual client needs, ensuring effective treatment plans.
- Coordinate case management processes and procedures to deliver comprehensive support services to clients and their families, focusing on holistic care.
- Work collaboratively with a diverse team to promote a positive work culture and advance our organisational ethos.
- Maintain cultural competence and adapt service delivery models to meet the specific needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies, protocols, and regulations.

- An annual salary at $104,569 - $119,409 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Holding General Registration by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA) and holding relevant Psychology qualifications.
- Excellent clinical judgement skills, including preparation and presentation of accurate reports related to client assessments and interventions.
- Ability to work effectively with culturally and socially diverse clients, incorporating a culturally responsive framework in therapy approaches.
- Familiarity with scientifically-based psychology treatment approaches for various presenting problems, including mental health issues, trauma, and substance abuse.
- Proven ability to administer assessments and conduct comprehensive clinical evaluations.
- Experience in overseeing case management processes and procedures, with a focus on providing high-quality patient care.
- Will to travel across ATSICHS Brisbane's service region, working across multiple sites.
- Disability Worker Screening Card (Yellow Card) or eligibility to apply.
- Current National Police Check or eligibility to apply.
