Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual client needs and treatment plans.
- Coordinate case management processes and procedures to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Contribute to a diverse multidisciplinary team promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Uphold the ethos and values of ATSICHS Brisbane as an Aboriginal community-managed organisation.
Benefits Package
- An annual salary range of $104,569 - $119,409 based on experience and qualifications.
- 11.5% Superannuation plus Not-for-Profit Salary Packaging to increase your take-home pay.

Requirements
- Holds qualifications in Psychology with general registration by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA).
- Demonstrates clinical expertise in applying high-level judgement and preparing accurate reports.
- Ability to work with diverse client groups and apply culturally responsive frameworks.
- Knowledge of scientifically-based psychology treatment approaches for various presenting problems.
- Administrates assessments and conducts comprehensive clinical evaluations.
- Demonstrates experience in overseeing case management processes and procedures.
- A willingness to travel across the ATSICHS Brisbane region and provide community-based support.
- Disability Worker Screening Card (Yellow Card) or eligibility to apply.
- Current National Police Check or eligibility to apply.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
