We are seeking an experienced Senior Early Childhood Educator and Program Lead to join our team at one of our centres in [location].
The estimated annual salary for this role is between $65,000 - $85,000 AUD, depending on experience.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position, working a rotating roster from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm. As a Senior Early Childhood Educator and Program Lead, you will be responsible for planning, developing and implementing high-quality educational programs for children aged 1-5 years.
You will work closely with the centre's management team to ensure that the Centre's goals and philosophies are met, and that the Early Years Learning Framework is implemented effectively.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a supportive and experienced management team, and to contribute to the growth and development of young children.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, develop and implement high-quality educational programs for children aged 1-5 years.
- Work collaboratively with the centre's management team to achieve Centre goals and implement the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Nurture and educate children aged 1-5 years, providing individualised attention and support.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and guide colleagues.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including children, families, colleagues and management.
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
- Proven experience as a lead educator or program leader in an early childhood setting.
- Working with Children Check and First Aid/CPR certification.
- Possession of a valid driver's licence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to lifelong learning.
