Job Description

In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of our bespoke learning program, ensuring that it aligns with global best practices in pedagogical practice. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining a skilled team of early learning professionals, fostering a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering our learning program and ensuring its effective implementation across all areas of the centre.
  • Recruiting, training, and supporting a high-performing team of educators, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to provide exceptional care and education.
  • Collaborating with your team to plan for the future of the centre, driving revenue growth and ensuring the long-term sustainability of our services.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (or working towards).
  • Experience in leading and managing change within education, health, or community services.
  • Proven commercial acumen, with expertise in financial and operational performance management.
  • Experience in delivering integrated early childhood services, particularly in areas of disadvantage.
