We offer competitive above-award wages and rewarding bonus programs, with a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum depending on experience.

Job Description

As a Childcare Educator at Sparrow Early Learning Coolum, you will be responsible for creating engaging learning experiences for our young students. You will work collaboratively with our experienced team to develop and implement play-based learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Experience in being a pirate finding lost treasure, making potions, and singing loudly with little people
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current and valid Working with Children Check
  • First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
