About the Role

This Executive Programme Director opportunity is a high-profile role within Xero's Programs, Projects and Portfolio group. You will lead larger strategic projects from concept to operational handover, driving rapid project start-up, world-class delivery, and robust operational management to meet organisational objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, scope, and schedule activities for high-standard project completion while maintaining innovation and speed to market.
  • Select methodologies, frameworks, and processes fit for purpose and continually seek to improve ways of working.
  • Lead multiple stakeholders and delivery teams to achieve strategically important projects.
  • Develop repeatable processes where practicable to increase efficiency in project delivery.
Requirements
  • 6+ years demonstrated experience leading and delivering multiple projects with complex cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated experience working with security-related projects and infrastructure, data, application development, business process, business change, or GTM subject matter expertise.
  • Project management certification (PMI, PRINCE 2, AgilePM, etc.) and strong analytical, commercial acumen, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and delivery teams, and working with senior leaders to prepare reports at C-level.
