We are seeking a skilled Duty Manager to lead our team at a busy hotel. Our venue offers an exciting and dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Inspire and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business results.
  • Venue Presentation: Ensure the venue is presented in an excellent condition, from cleanliness to atmosphere.
  • Operational Efficiency: Master booking and POS systems, handle cash and high-pressure situations with ease.
  • Staff Development: Drive staff training and uphold company standards.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need 2+ years of experience in a similar position. You should have strong leadership skills, a passion for team-building, excellent communication and organizational abilities. You must also hold relevant certifications such as RSA, Gaming License, and RSG Certificate.
