Job Title: Headspace Clinical Coordinator

At Anglicare Central Queensland, we are seeking a passionate and skilled Clinical Coordinator to lead our team in delivering high-quality mental health services to young people in Emerald.

We are looking for someone who can guide and support a multidisciplinary team, manage referrals and caseloads, and contribute to service innovation and continuous improvement. As a Clinical Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and enhancing clinical service delivery across the mental health spectrum
  • Providing supervision, support, and guidance to clinicians and other support staff
  • Facilitating clinical reviews, care planning, and shared decision-making
  • Contributing to strategic planning, policy development, and service evaluation

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Approved tertiary level qualification in an allied health discipline (social work, psychology, mental health nursing, occupational therapy)
  • Registration or membership with appropriate registration authority or professional body (APHRA or AASW)
