Job Overview

A dedicated mental health professional is sought to lead a dynamic team and shape the future of youth mental health services.

The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of high-quality care for young people and their families, guiding and supporting a multidisciplinary team, managing referrals and caseloads, and contributing to service innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and enhance clinical service delivery across the mental health spectrum
  • Provide supervision, support, and guidance to clinicians and other staff members
  • Facilitate clinical reviews, care planning, and shared decision making
  • Contribute to strategic planning, policy development, and service evaluation
  • Maintain high standards of clinical documentation and data collection
Requirements:
  • Approved tertiary level qualification in an allied health discipline, including social work, psychology, mental health nursing, and/or occupational therapy
  • Registration or membership with appropriate registration authority or professional body
