Job Title:

Clinical Team Lead

Job Overview:

This is a key leadership position that oversees the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care for young people and their families.

The successful candidate will guide and support a multidisciplinary team, manage referrals and caseloads, and contribute to service innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead clinical service delivery across the mental health spectrum
  • Provide supervision, support, and guidance to clinicians and other support staff
  • Facilitate clinical reviews, care planning, and shared decision-making
  • Contribute to strategic planning, policy development, and service evaluation
  • Maintain high standards of clinical documentation and data collection
Requirements:
  • Approved tertiary level qualification in an allied health discipline (social work, psychology, mental health nursing, or occupational therapy)
  • Registration or membership with the relevant registration authority or professional body
