Youth Mental Health Services Lead

Lead a high-performing team of clinicians to deliver exceptional youth mental health services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic clinical leadership and support across the multidisciplinary team
  • Develop and implement service plans to optimize clinical delivery and service demand
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure integrated care and quality improvement initiatives
  • Support staff through supervision, professional development, and a positive work culture
  • Contribute to data-driven evaluation and accreditation processes

You will be an experienced clinician with strong leadership capabilities and a passion for youth mental health.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Nursing or Occupational Therapy
  • Registration with relevant professional bodies (e.g. APHRA or AASW)
  • Demonstrated experience supporting young people with mental health needs
  • Strong leadership and supervision skills in a multidisciplinary environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
  • Current Blue Card and Yellow Card eligibility
  • Full COVID-19 vaccination and Open QLD Driver's Licence
