Job Overview

A senior analyst with expertise in enterprise-level CRM systems is required to support the development and implementation of technology solutions. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and digital transformation environments.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements through comprehensive analysis and evaluation.
  • Analyse current processes and identify areas for improvement by leveraging industry standard techniques and tools.
  • Develop and present detailed reports and recommendations to leadership teams, ensuring effective communication and decision-making.
  • Support the design and implementation of technology solutions that align with organisational goals, fostering innovation and growth.
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience working with enterprise-level CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365) and digital case management systems.
  • Experience in complex digital transformation or product development environments, including mapping business processes to system functionality and identifying gaps.
  • Expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis/modelling, process mapping and information analysis/modelling, planning, design, testing and system integration using industry standard techniques.
