We are seeking a highly skilled IT Functional Lead to drive strategic initiatives and lead cross-functional teams. This key role will involve partnering with business stakeholders to elicit and analyze complex requirements, designing innovative solutions, driving change impact assessments, mentoring junior analysts, and contributing to enterprise-wide projects.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with significant experience in SAP implementation and management, particularly in S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in configuring multiple SAP modules, current certifications in at least two Supply Chain relevant modules, and demonstrated leadership and communication skills.

  • Partner with business stakeholders to elicit and analyze complex functional and non-functional requirements using industry-standard methodologies.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on large-scale system implementations, enhancements, and solution validation.
  • Design and document innovative solutions that meet technical, security, compliance, and business needs using SAP S/4 HANA and other platforms.
  • Drive change impact assessments, ensuring effective stakeholder alignment and process adaptation across organizations.
  • Mentor junior analysts, foster effective team dynamics, and apply Business Relationship Management practices to deliver value.
  • Contribute to strategic projects involving ERP optimization, cloud integrations, and emerging technologies including Blue Yonder and MuleSoft.
Key Requirements:

SAP Implementation and Management: Proven experience in implementing and managing SAP systems, with a strong focus on S/4HANA.

Supply Chain Expertise: Current certifications in at least two Supply Chain relevant modules, with a deep understanding of industry-standard methodologies.

Leadership and Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and mentor junior analysts.

Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and design innovative solutions.

Tech Savviness: Hands-on expertise in configuring multiple SAP modules, with a strong understanding of technical, security, compliance, and business needs.
