This temporary opportunity as a Business Analyst is based in Melbourne's CBD. The role requires strong expertise in CRM and/or Case Management systems, with a focus on stakeholder engagement and user-centered design.

Overview

Public sector environment focusing on dispute resolution and making legally binding decisions across civil claims, residential tenancies, guardianship, planning, and human rights.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Analyse current processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and present detailed reports and recommendations to leadership teams.
  • Support the design and implementation of technology solutions that align with organisational goals.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience working with enterprise-level CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365).
  • Experience with uplift of Digital Case Management Systems.
  • Experience in a complex digital transformation or product development environment.
  • Experience mapping business processes to system functionality and identifying gaps.
  • Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis/modelling, process mapping and information analysis/modelling, planning, design, testing and system integration, using industry standard techniques in a complex business environment.
