Key Responsibilities:

We have an exciting opportunity to join a team as an Assessor/Coach within our Faculty of Education, working across all sites. Our Apprenticeships are increasingly important to the Trust, and you will work as part of the Apprenticeship Delivery Team to run this service.

The Assessor/Coach is a key specialist role focusing on planning and delivery of our clinical Apprenticeships training programmes, mainly at level 2 and level 3.

You will work with a diverse range of internal colleagues in clinical areas to create apprenticeship opportunities that enable staff to develop and progress.

This role is being offered part-time for three days per week which must include a Wednesday, across both sites.

  • Coordinate individual programmes in line with the needs of the Apprentice and their working area
  • Support collation of portfolio of evidence that showcases the Apprentice's knowledge, skills and abilities
  • Ensure mandatory training or internal training is mapped across into the Apprenticeship
  • Manage the learner journey and ensure that mandatory timelines are met
  • Meet regularly with the line managers to review progress and set targets
