Job Overview

The role of Business Transformation Specialist plays a pivotal part in guiding customers through their business journey with SAP solutions. This includes increasing customer satisfaction, retention, renewals, references, and upsells for Cloud products within the assigned solution portfolio.

This specialist is responsible for overseeing key customer milestones throughout the customer lifecycle, from deal signature through system provisioning, monitoring implementation progress, and business case achievement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver strategic guidance and solutions that drive customer success and long-term value.
  • Resolve issues and manage escalations to ensure satisfaction and business continuity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain overall customer health.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience supporting customers and driving business transformation, preferably in consulting or account management. They should possess strong business acumen, including demonstrated knowledge of business processes and/or industries.

Additionally, they should be proficient in English, have a cooperative and productive approach to working relationships, and a resilient mindset with a focus on growth and success.
