Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Transformation Specialist to join our high-performing business, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with the Business & Private Banking Strategy Performance Execution Team, identifying and prioritizing high-value opportunities to enhance the banker and customer experience.

You will develop innovative solutions that effectively balance business objectives, ensuring improvements in customer, colleague, financial, and risk outcomes.

In addition, you will manage the end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives, ensuring achievement of target business outcomes, delivery schedule, and risk management.

Key to your success will be applying and continuing to develop business improvement capabilities, ensuring adoption and application of best practices.

Developing trusted relationships is crucial to ensure high engagement and successful delivery of projects.

Lastly, you will improve and embed tools and processes to support the analysis, delivery, adoption, and benefits tracking of transformation initiatives.

Proactively managing risk and meeting all policy and compliance requirements is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in financial services, preferably in an improvement, transformation, or project delivery role.
  • Knowledge of project delivery and continuous improvement processes and methodologies.
  • Project or change management experience, ideally in managing the definition and implementation of transformation initiatives.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collect, synthesize, and analyze data and situations to identify insights and opportunities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
