Job Description

We are seeking a Business Transformation Specialist to join our Retail Transformation program, driving pricing capabilities that support simplification, digitisation, and seamless customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will develop and deliver innovative pricing solutions that meet business case benefits and drive transformation vision.

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with previous experience in the energy sector, specifically with a focus on retail markets and demonstrated knowledge of energy pricing.

About the Role:

  • Develop and deliver innovative pricing solutions that meet business case benefits and drive transformation vision.
  • Lead product delivery by owning and refining the product backlog, defining user stories, and prioritizing work for maximum business value.
  • Partner with teams to guide day-to-day execution, support cadence and velocity, and ensure solutions align with business needs.
  • Translate business requirements into future-state capabilities, clearly articulating how solutions deliver value to customers and stakeholders.
  • Drive change and resilience by providing subject-matter expertise and making pragmatic decisions in the face of competing priorities.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the energy sector, specifically with a focus on retail markets and demonstrated knowledge of energy pricing.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in project or program environments with a proven track record for execution and ability to work with delivery partners.
  • Strong ability to translate abstract ideas into structured requirements with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools, ensuring effective backlog management and sprint planning.
