Key Role

A Business Analysis Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving strategic transformation initiatives within a dynamic organisation.

This highly skilled professional will leverage technical expertise to deliver impactful solutions, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.

As a key member of the Strategy and Transformation team, the ideal candidate will bring a unique blend of analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Insight: Identify opportunities for growth and support strategic planning, aligning requirements with business objectives.
  • Tech Enablement: Document business and technical requirements, translating them into actionable user stories. Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure scalable solutions.
  • AI and Automation: Partner with AI experts to design and deliver innovative AI-driven solutions, analysing data flows and validating models.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to digitisation and process improvement initiatives, mapping workflows and identifying optimisation opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate workshops and communicate complex technical concepts clearly, building trusted relationships and managing expectations.
  • Data Analysis: Perform data analysis to support informed decision-making, defining data requirements and supporting dashboard development.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field; certifications (CBAP, CCBA, Agile BA) preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in business analysis with a technical focus, ideally within transformation or digital programs.
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, data models, and AI/automation technologies.
  • Experience with agile delivery and tools (DevOps, SQL, Power BI, Visio).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in professional services or large-scale transformation environments is highly desirable.
